BiVits® ACTIVA Melatonin tablets is a food supplement with melatonin, intended to support falling asleep and to help with time-zone changes. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg melatonin close to bedtime. Melatonin also helps to alleviate the subjective feelings of jet lag; the beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 0.5 mg melatonin close to bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival.
