BiVits^® ACTIVA Vitamin C 1000 Cink Vitamin D3 1000 is a Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP).

What it is:

A specialised formulation of vitamin C, zinc and vitamin D3 for the dietary management of individuals with increased requirements and/or deficiency of these nutrients (e.g. older adults, those with lowered immune status, or under significant physical or psychological stress). Use under medical supervision.

• BiVits^® ACTIVA Vitamin C 1000, Zinc and Vitamin D3 1000 benefits:
  • Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
  • Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function, and to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
  • Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the protection of cells from oxidative stress, the maintenance of normal bones, and normal cognitive function, as well as the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails.

Who is it for:

BiVits^® ACTIVA Vitamin C Zinc Vitamin D is for adults with increased needs for vitamin C, zinc and vitamin D, including those with suboptimal intakes, older adults, people exposed to intensive physical effort or psychological stress, and during periods when immune support is desirable.

Ingredients:

Zinc citrate; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); bulking agents: mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, maize starch; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.

Directions:
