What it is:

Herbafast^®  Avantgarde Mineral Biotic is a food supplement in capsule form combining chromium, zinc, vitamin C, ginger and capsicum extracts, nettle leaf and Saccharomyces boulardii (yeast culture). It’s formulated to complement a balanced diet and active lifestyle.

How it works:

✅ Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose concentrations.
✅ Zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
✅ Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Intended use:

For adults and adolescents looking to support everyday nutrition—particularly macronutrient metabolism and blood-glucose control within the normal range, antioxidant protection and general wellbeing—alongside a varied, balanced diet and regular physical activity.

Ingredients:

Nettle (Urtica dioica) leaf dry extract; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; colour: calcium carbonate; stabiliser: starch sodium octenylsuccinate; maize starch; Saccharomyces boulardii (lyophilised); ginger (Zingiber officinale) extract; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); zinc citrate dihydrate; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; capsicum (paprika) fruit granules; chromium.

Directions:

Adults and children aged 12 years and over to take one capsule daily, preferably before food.
