A curated, 30-day routine combining four Herbafast^® formulas to support your weight-management plan and everyday wellbeing.

What’s inside:

2x Herbafast^® Fibre (Chocolate & Lemon) a soluble fibre blend with glucomannan (konjac) and Nutriose^®.

1x Herbafast^® Lady, capsules with zinc, nettle, capsicum, black pepper, melon concentrate and Saccharomyces boulardii. Zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate, fatty-acid and macronutrient metabolism.

1x Herbafast^® Detox capsules botanical blend (horsetail, birch leaf, Java tea, juniper).

1x Herbafast^® Avantgarde capsules, with chromium, zinc, vitamin C, ginger, capsicum, nettle and Saccharomyces boulardii. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels; zinc contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.

How to use (30-day schedule):

Days 1-10: Herbafast^® Detox – 1 capsule in the morning with plenty of water.

Days 11-20: Herbafast^® Lady – 1 capsule 30 minutes before breakfast; plus Herbafast^® Fibre – dissolve 1 sachet in 200 ml water, stir and drink immediately 30 minutes before your main meal (follow with an extra glass of water).

Days 21-30: Herbafast^® Avantgarde – 1 capsule before breakfast; plus Herbafast^® Fibre as above.

Important directions for Fibre (glucomannan):

Take 1 g glucomannan in 3 doses per day (total 3 g/day) with 1-2 glasses of water before meals, as part of an energy-restricted diet.

Take with plenty of water to ensure the fibre reaches the stomach.

Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing due to the risk of choking.
