Directions:

Days 1–10 – “Reset”

Herbafast® Detox: Take 1 capsule in the morning with a large glass of water.

Days 11–20 – “Focus”

Herbafast® Lady: Take in the morning, 30 minutes before food.

Herbafast® Fibre: Dissolve one sachet in a glass of water and drink 30 minutes before your main meal (lunch or dinner).

Days 21–30 — “Refine”

Herbafast® Avantgarde: Take in the morning, before food. (Contains chromium, which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.)

Herbafast® Fibre: One sachet in water 30 minutes before your heavier meal. (Follow the on-pack directions for any product-specific daily limits.)
