Ingredients:

S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; capsule: hypromellose (colour: calcium carbonate, starch sodium octenylsuccinate); niacin; maize starch; anti-caking agents: talc, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Directions:

Adults to take one capsule daily, 1 hour before a meal or 2 hours after. Best taken in the mornings.
