Herbafast® Chocolate Flavoured Fibre is a food supplement with glucomannan (konjac) and NUTRIOSE® soluble fibre.
What it is:
Herbafast® Chocolate Flavoured Fibre is a convenient fibre drink designed to be taken before meals as part of an energy-restricted diet and active lifestyle.
Ingredients:
Dextrin (NUTRIOSE® soluble fibre), glucomannan (konjac), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), zinc citrate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), skimmed milk, cocoa powder, chocolate flavour, sweetener: acesulfame K.
Allergy advice: contains milk.
Directions:
Empty 1 sachet into 200 ml of water, adding the powder gradually with continuous stirring. Drink immediately, then drink an additional glass of water. Take 30 minutes before a meal.
Dosage:
Adults and children 12 years old and older to take: Days 1–3: 1 sachet daily. Thereafter: 1-2 sachets daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
